Abe is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor based in the North West of England, involved in project and commercial management of construction projects. He has a strong construction background having previously worked for a principal contractor, and appreciates the relationship between the operational and commercial aspects of a project. Abe was responsible for managing millions of pounds of construction work and dealt with some of the UK’s largest contractors.

Following a career in contracting, Abe worked for a global consultancy practice, acting on behalf of prominent clients including MAG Group, Virgin Atlantic, Siemens Renewables, Department for Education, and Manchester City Council, across multiple sectors in various capacities. Abe has a keen eye for detail and approaches issues with a multidisciplinary perspective. He operates on a collaborative basis and understands how to navigate environments with multiple stakeholders.

AMS was founded on the back of Abe’s experience working in both the contracting and consultancy environments, where it became apparent that there was a gap in the market for a consultancy service delivered through a construction lens. The objective is to provide a no-nonsense and practical approach to surveying, enabling our clients to make informed decisions to achieve positive outcomes.
