Transformation of Treloyhan Manor Hotel into 18 nr. luxury self-contained apartments including a resident’s lounge, and hotel reception. The restoration included a large extension for mechanical & electrical plant rooms, hotel storage space, and an extension to one of the apartments. All external areas including the carpark and woodlands area were upgraded. The development was delivered turnkey with the building handed to the hotel operator furnished and ready to welcome guests.
